Warehouse logistics consists of two approaches:

• Integrated Bar Code (IBC) and/or
• Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL)

The Integrated Bar Code (IBC) product is an entry-level solution to warehouse productivity and accuracy. This add-on module provides a basic Radio Frequency (RF) system for SX.enterprise users who are not prepared for the strict disciplines associated with a fully integrated logistic warehouse solution. Essentially, IBC is the intermediate vehicle by which users can benefit from the advantages of Automatic Data Collection (ADC) technologies without overextending necessary bar code capabilities. Integrated Bar Code covers two functions within the ADC arena. The first function being the creation of user designed bar coded labels and the second being data capture from bar code symbols.

The Trend Warehouse Logistics (TWL) module is a departmental solution to warehouse productivity and accuracy. The system is designed to address the issues of warehouse workflow including product location and movements, receiving, shipping, picking and counting. These warehouse tasks are managed centrally in a real-time environment supported through Radio Frequency Data collection devices that are carried by the workers in the warehouse.
